Responsibilities
- Orchestrate a complex, multi-entity calendar; sequence priorities and protect focus time
- Join key meetings to capture action items, owners, and deadlines, then drive timely follow-through
- Coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and outside partners to keep projects moving
- Research upcoming events, launches, and strategic initiatives; synthesize findings into briefs
- Track timelines with creative, marketing, and operations leads; escalate risks early
- Build crisp decks, updates, and reports for leadership and investor readiness

Requirements
