Actively seeking a Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant for a HYBRID and Temp-To-Perm role. This is a unique opportunity to support team members, and bring your high-level skills to the job each day. Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree PREFERRRED
- 5+ yrs of High-Level Executive Assistant Experience REQUIRED
- Experience in a Financial Services Environment is PREFERRED
- Prior Experience Supporting C-Suite, President, Managing Partner is PREFERRED
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong Attention to Detail and Confidentiality

ROLE Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars in different time zones
- Arrange meetings and appointments with clients and other counterparties
- Arrange domestic and international business travel
- Assist visiting clients with travel arrangements
- Process expense reports; Interface and communicate with internal administrative functions
- Answer multiple phone lines and provide phone coverage for other team members as needed.
- Monitor emails for professionals, as requested
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by professionals they support
