By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Eligibility By using FoundRole, you represent that you: - Are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. - Have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. ## 2. Use of Services ### 2.1 Permitted Use You may use FoundRole to: - Track job applications using the Kanban board tracker. - Search and apply for job postings. - Connect AI assistants to job search via the MCP server. - Read career advice and blog content. - Post job listings as an employer. ### 2.2 Prohibited Activities You agree not to: - Post false, misleading, or illegal job opportunities. - Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform for commercial purposes. - Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code. - Impersonate any individual or entity. - Use the platform in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation. ## 3. Account Registration To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information. - Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. - Notify FoundRole immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. ## 4. Job Postings and Applications ### 4.1 Accuracy and Validity FoundRole is a career toolkit that includes job listings, a tracker, and AI search tools. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of job postings or applications submitted by users. Users are solely responsible for verifying the validity of job opportunities and qualifications of applicants. ### 4.2 Employer Responsibilities Employers agree to: - Post only legitimate job opportunities - Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations - Not discriminate based on protected characteristics - Respect applicant privacy and handle personal data in accordance with applicable laws ### 4.3 Job Seeker Responsibilities Job seekers agree to: - Provide accurate and truthful information in applications - Not submit fraudulent or misleading resumes or cover letters - Respect employer confidentiality and intellectual property ## 5. Fees and Payments As of today, the job tracker, MCP server, and job search are free for job seekers. FoundRole may introduce premium features in the future, such as featured job postings or employer branding tools. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. ## 6. User Content By submitting content (e.g., job postings, resumes, tracker notes, reviews) to FoundRole, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services. You represent that you own or have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights. ## 7. Disclaimer of Warranties FoundRole provides the Services "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to: - Fitness for a particular purpose. - Availability or accuracy of job opportunities or candidates. - Security or uninterrupted access to the Services. ## 8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoundRole and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost opportunities or data, arising from your use of the Services. ## 9. Termination FoundRole reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. ## 10.
