  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Impersonate any individual or entity.
  • Use the platform in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Notify Found Role immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. Job Postings and Applications

4.1 Accuracy and Validity

Found Role is a platform that connects job seekers with employers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of job postings or applications submitted by users. Users are solely responsible for verifying the validity of job opportunities and qualifications of applicants.

4.2 Employer Responsibilities

Employers agree to:

  • Post only legitimate job opportunities
  • Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Not discriminate based on protected characteristics
  • Respect applicant privacy and handle personal data in accordance with applicable laws

4.3 Job Seeker Responsibilities

Job seekers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in applications
  • Not submit fraudulent or misleading resumes or cover letters
  • Respect employer confidentiality and intellectual property

5. Fees and Payments

Found Role may charge fees for premium services, such as featured job postings or employer branding tools. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. User Content

By submitting content (e.g., job postings, resumes, reviews) to Found Role, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

You represent that you own or have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Found Role provides the Services 'as is' and 'as available,' without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Availability or accuracy of job opportunities or candidates.
  • Security or uninterrupted access to the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Found Role and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost opportunities or data, arising from your use of the Services.

9. Termination

Found Role reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
