Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Real Estate Loan Servicing Associate to support our loan servicing and operations team. This role is ideal for someone experienced in CRE loans who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor borrower compliance and manage routine commercial loan transactions
- Support daily loan servicing needs, including data analysis and risk management
- Review reports for delinquencies, maturities, payments, and rate changes; update systems
- Research and resolve loan-related issues
- Process collateral releases and coordinate with custodians
- Track annual financials and rent rolls
- Assist with commercial loan closings and capital call requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of commercial real estate loan servicing experience
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, Pivot Tables)
- Knowledge of CRE loans, finance, and accounting
- Experience with CRE servicing systems (EPAM, etc.) preferred
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail
