This is an opportunity to shape clinical excellence, coach emerging physician leaders, and influence outcomes across an entire market-while still maintaining a small patient panel.

🔍 What You'll Do
As the Associate Market Clinical Director, you will:
Lead Clinical Directors & Multi-Center Operations
- Directly supervise, mentor, and performance manage Clinical Directors.
- Ensure centers meet/exceed clinical quality, patient outcomes, and earnings goals.
- Maintain a strong presence across centers and build physician culture aligned with organizational values.
Develop Clinical Talent
- Facilitate physician coaching, shadowing, and leadership development.
- Conduct 1:1s, provide feedback, and support performance improvement.
- Train new PCPs, NPs, and Medical Directors in collaboration with the Clinical Center of Excellence.
Drive Growth & Operational Excellence
- Support P&L performance, clinical initiatives, and center-level strategy execution.
- Build partnerships with specialists, hospitals, payers, and community organizations.
- Participate in clinical recruiting and interviewing.
Deliver Outstanding Care (20%)
- Maintain a small patient panel or provide clinical support as needed.
- Model excellence in value-based care.

📚 Required Qualifications
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience (3 preferred)
- Preferred: 1+ year as a Medical Director (Medicare/Medicaid population)
- Board Eligible (Board Certified preferred)
- Active medical license in state of employment (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in managed care, population health, or chronic disease management
- Strong clinical outcomes history and proven leadership capabilities
⭐ Preferred Experience
- High-performing physician within a value-based model
- Experience leading interdisciplinary teams
- Background in physician coaching, quality improvement, or operational leadership
- Ability to manage a panel of 400+ patients while delivering exceptional outcomes
🕒 Schedule
- Monday-Friday, onsite
- 7:30am/8am-5pm/5:30pm
- No weekends or after-hours requirements
- Minimal documentation burden (average notes completed in minutes)
💼 Compensation & Benefits
- $320,000+ base salary
