      Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Analyst

      Location: Woodland Park, NJ (Hybrid)

      Salary: $65K – $75K + Bonus

      Position Overview

      Oversee the global sourcing of OEM energy products. Responsibilities will include inventory management and forecasting, developing an XYZ analysis for supply chain demand, ensuring trade compliance, and managing import/export controls to adhere to all relevant regulations.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Responsible for S&OP, planning, scheduling, procurement, and inventory management to meet customer demands.
      • Oversee the supply chain of OEM energy products from factories to our 3PLs, working with the internal team to ensure inventory levels align with customer needs.
      • Expedite inbound shipments with forwarders to avoid disruptions in the customer supply chain.
      • Process vendors' purchase orders for stock replenishment products, create ASNs, and receive products for inbound shipments.
      • Manage all inbound shipments from Japan and align with forwarder schedules to guarantee timely deliveries.
      • Manage trade compliance and risk for all import and export control processes. Submit ISF filings to the broker to avoid penalties for import shipments and review all documentation and HS codes for accuracy to ensure compliance with SOX.
      • Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
      • International and domestic travel.
      Qualifications:
      • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
      • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade compliance, inventory planning, logistics, and forecasting.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft D365.
      • Knowledge of Excel, i.e., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and more.
