Location: Alameda, California
Work Arrangement: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Employment Type: 12+ months Contract
Experience Level: Mid-Level (3+ years)
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Planisware Developer with a strong technical background and experience in project portfolio management (PPM) tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in configuring, customizing, and developing within the Planisware environment, along with a solid understanding of PPM principles and lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Planisware modules to meet business requirements.
- Develop scripts, workflows, and data models within Planisware.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain and optimize system performance, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Integrate Planisware with other enterprise systems using APIs or data exchange patterns.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Planisware-related issues.
- Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a technical developer using Planisware.
- 3+ years of experience working with Planisware or similar PPM tools (e.g., Planview).
- Strong understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) principles and lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Planisware configuration, scripting, and data modeling.
- Experience with SQL, JavaScript, or other relevant technologies is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating Planisware with other enterprise systems using APIs or ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project environments.
