UX Designer
Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to enhance user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and overall interaction between users and digital products. This role focuses on creating intuitive and engaging experiences for software and/or hardware solutions through research, design, testing, and iteration.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, analysts, and fellow designers to define user experience goals and align design solutions with business and technical requirements
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity design mockups
- Design and execute usability testing with end users to validate design effectiveness
- Iterate on designs based on testing results, stakeholder feedback, and evolving requirements
- Balance independent responsibilities with active participation in cross-functional team initiatives while meeting project timelines
- Evaluate product performance post-launch, incorporating user feedback and analytics into future design improvements
- Stay current with UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate design quality
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design process and successful product outcomes
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience with CAD tools is a plus
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability methodologies, and interaction design best practices
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
