Job Description: Role Overview
The Delivery Lead will serve as a high-judgment operator responsible for orchestrating end-to-end delivery of a Threat Modeling program. This role focuses on workflow optimization, intake triage, delivery metrics, and operational excellence to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery operations for the Threat Modeling program, ensuring predictable throughput, quality, and cycle times.
- Design, manage, and optimize intake, triage, and prioritization workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and process waste.
- Define, track, and report delivery metrics (e.g., throughput, cycle time, backlog health, model quality) through executive-ready dashboards and reports.
- Lead automation of repeatable and manual processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Drive sprint planning, capacity management, and delivery forecasting to optimize team performance.
- Ensure standardization of delivery practices, documentation, and quality controls across distributed teams.
- Act as the primary coordination point between U.S. and India teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and cultural consistency.
- Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and constraints, escalating with data-backed recommendations.
- Partner with security leadership and engineering teams to align delivery outcomes with program objectives and risk priorities.
- Champion continuous improvement through retrospectives, data-driven insights, and operational refinements.
