Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator
- Engage with internal teams to assess workflow needs and build tailored folder structures in Box
- Document each team's current and future-state workflow related to document storage and collaboration
- Design and implement organized folder structures in Box tailored to each team's operational needs
- Deliver team-specific training sessions and provide hands-on support during go-live
- This is a contract position for approximately 2 months, with the possibility of extension
- A high-level understanding of PHI/data privacy is required, training will be provided
Required Skills for Project Coordinator
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate training and develop user-friendly support materials
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with other collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, or Office 365
