Location: Brentwood, Tennessee
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified Safety Manager to oversee safety operations on a large-scale construction project in Brentwood, TN. This role requires a proven safety professional who can ensure compliance with all OSHA standards, company safety programs, and site-specific requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong field experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a proactive approach to promoting a culture of safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures on-site
- Conduct job site inspections, hazard analyses, and safety audits
- Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site orientations
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Maintain OSHA and company documentation and reporting standards
- Collaborate with site leadership and subcontractors to maintain compliance
Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess at least one of the following certifications or credentials:
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
