Description
We're seeking a senior leader to develop, implement and oversee health and safety strategies for one of our major clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for safety performance, reporting regularly to leadership.
- Partner with senior leadership to embed safety considerations into business planning and operational decisions.
- Manage the safety budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support initiatives.
- Develop, roll out, and maintain comprehensive Health and Safety policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Conduct on-site safety audits at operational facilities and construction projects, assessing personnel, equipment, and materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HSE / Engineering or relevant.
- 10+ years of experience managing health and safety programs in a gas processing facility, O&G, chemical, petrochemical industry.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting safety data and converting metrics into actionable improvements.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective safety programs in complex industrial environments.
- Well versed in Process Safety Management (PSM) and other OSHA standards.
