Location: Casa Grande, AZ
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site
We are seeking a licensed Clinical Manager to provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and oversight within a high-impact behavioral health facility serving individuals in crisis and recovery. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys developing teams, strengthening clinical quality, and partnering with leadership to drive best-practice care across programs.
As a Clinical Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping clinical culture, supporting staff development, and ensuring high-quality, compliant care delivery in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day clinical leadership, including facilitating clinical staffing meetings and offering real-time consultation and guidance
- Deliver clinical training during New Employee Orientation and support ongoing education throughout the year
- Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director to develop training initiatives and support operational excellence
- Provide clinical supervision to assigned staff, as applicable based on independent licensure
- Support on-call coverage and participate in clinical decision-making during crisis situations
- Serve as a mentor and resource for clinical staff, promoting professional growth and strong clinical judgment
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field
- Active Arizona license: LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT, or LAMFT
- 1-3 years of experience in behavioral health (leadership or supervisory exposure preferred)
- Comfort working in crisis-oriented or high-acuity settings
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a collaborative leadership style
