      About the Role

      We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Lead to join our team and drive the successful delivery of strategic projects across the organization. This leadership role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong background in managing complex projects, particularly within marketing and sales technology environments.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation through execution and delivery
      • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
      • Email Marketing, managing campaigns from beginning to end
      • Ensure clear communication across teams, stakeholders, and leadership
      • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
      • Utilize tools such as Marketo and/or Salesforce to manage and optimize project outcomes
      • Track KPIs and deliver regular status updates and reports to senior leadership
      Qualifications:
      • 7–10 years of project management experience, including leading enterprise-level initiatives
      • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
      • Proven track record of process improvement, optimization
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated track record of executive stakeholder management and managing a breadth of stakeholders across business and operational roles across regions.
      • Proven experience working with marketing tools and technologies such as Asana, Google ads, Marketo, and/or Salesforce.
      • Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems
      • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
      • PMP or similar certification preferred but not required
