- Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a variety of tasks including warranty inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with sales representatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or walk-ins.
- Handle customer service calls, including follow-ups on previous work (e.g., roofing, windows) to ensure customer satisfaction and address any warranty-related issues.
- Schedule and manage appointments for sales representatives, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and customer requests.
- Process warranty claims efficiently, maintaining clear documentation and communication with customers.
- Take detailed notes on customer needs and interests, and relay information to the sales team to facilitate business opportunities.
- Coordinate final measurement meetings with clients and assist in finalizing project details.
- Manage supply orders for projects, ensuring all necessary materials are procured in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the company database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and deliver exceptional service to customers.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using scheduling and CRM software.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
