Overview
An expanding structural steel fabricator/erector is launching a new operations group in Twin City, GA. We've been engaged to identify a Project Manager who can lead this growth initiative, as well as the oversight of both current and future projects while driving efficiency and streamlining execution in a rapidly expanding market.
What You'Ll Do
- Manage new construction steel projects from estimating through completion.
- Partner with detailing, shop, and installation teams to align drawings and execution.
- Coordinate budgets, schedules, RFIs, and change orders while upholding quality standards.
- Build relationships with subcontractors, engineers, and clients.
- Provide leadership and mentoring within a growing project team.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in structural steel project management or similar construction sectors.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects with minimal oversight.
