- Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive project success within the medical device industry . This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining the highest quality. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of medical device development .
- ✅ Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans , including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Define objectives, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) .
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Manage budgets and timelines , ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, internal procedures, and customer requirements .
- ✅ Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary contact for external customers.
- Provide regular project updates to Engineering Management and stakeholders.
- ✅ Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks (e.g., resource constraints, budget overruns, timeline delays) and develop mitigation strategies .
- Resolve project roadblocks to maintain momentum and quality.
- ✅ Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze project outcomes and implement best practices for future success.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- ✅ Compliance & Quality:
- Maintain knowledge of Company Quality Management System (QMS), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Complaint Handling .
- ✔ Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years in the medical device industry.
- 2+ years of Project Management experience.
- PMP, Six Sigma, or advanced certifications are a plus.
- ✔ Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of medical device development and regulatory requirements .
- Proven success in managing projects from start to finish .
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills .
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
