      Project Manager – Medical Device Industry

      Job Summary

      We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive project success within the medical device industry . This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining the highest quality. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of medical device development .

      ✅ Project Planning & Execution:
      • Develop comprehensive project plans , including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
      • Define objectives, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) .
      • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project success.
      • Manage budgets and timelines , ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
      • Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, internal procedures, and customer requirements .
      ✅ Stakeholder Communication:
      • Act as the primary contact for external customers.
      • Provide regular project updates to Engineering Management and stakeholders.
      ✅ Risk Management:
      • Identify potential risks (e.g., resource constraints, budget overruns, timeline delays) and develop mitigation strategies .
      • Resolve project roadblocks to maintain momentum and quality.
      ✅ Continuous Improvement:
      • Analyze project outcomes and implement best practices for future success.
      • Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
      ✅ Compliance & Quality:
      • Maintain knowledge of Company Quality Management System (QMS), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Complaint Handling .
      ✔ Education & Experience:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
      • 3+ years in the medical device industry.
      • 2+ years of Project Management experience.
      • PMP, Six Sigma, or advanced certifications are a plus.
      ✔ Skills & Competencies:
      • Strong understanding of medical device development and regulatory requirements .
      • Proven success in managing projects from start to finish .
      • Exceptional communication and leadership skills .
      • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively .
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
