Portfolio with Case Studies - Mandatory We are looking for a user centric and empathetic
UX Product Designer
with 5+ years of experience designing enterprise digital solutions. You will lead UX efforts, collaborating cross-functionally, and delivering high-quality design specs for SaaS products, while representing the user through human centric iterative processes.
Must Haves / Mandatory
- 5+ years of full cycle user experience including research, ideation, design, testing, implementation, evaluation & iteration.
- Strong proficiency in Figma or equivalent tools.
- Experience with end-to-end UX processes including user journeys, wireframes, and prototyping from low to high fidelity.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions effectively.
- Online portfolio showcasing iterative design and problem-solving.
Nice To Have / Preferred

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
