Overview
A growing residential real estate developer is seeking a Development Project Manager to oversee build-to-rent and residential projects from planning through construction and closeout. This role acts as the owner's representative, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to established quality and safety standards. Responsibilities
- Represent ownership throughout planning, design, construction, and closeout phases
