As the Project Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing and coordinating multifamily construction projects with a specific focus on Podium construction. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement project schedules, monitor progress, and proactively address any challenges or delays.
