Our Client is seeking a highly experienced and proactive ServiceNow HRSD Analyst to support a critical implementation project focusing on the comprehensive integration of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Source to Pay (S2P) solutions. This role is central to our strategy to streamline business processes and enhance overall operational efficiency through seamless system integration, even across traditionally separate modules.
The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in HRSD implementation, strong solution architecture skills, and proven experience in a collaborative, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
The HRSD Analyst will be responsible for driving the successful architecture and delivery of the integrated solution, working closely with client stakeholders and Our Client's Global Delivery Services (GDS) team. Key responsibilities include:
- Solution Architecture & Design: Architect robust, scalable, and integrated ServiceNow HRSD and Source to Pay solutions based on complex client requirements, ensuring a seamless and comprehensive system.
- Requirements Management: Translate high-level business needs and client requirements into detailed, actionable user stories for the development and GDS teams.
- Implementation Oversight: Collaborate with Our Client's GDS team to oversee the implementation process, providing technical guidance, managing scope, and ensuring quality delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate client workshops and design sessions to align on the optimal solution approach and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with all client stakeholders.
- Project Delivery: Support comprehensive project lifecycle activities, including testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Strategic Goal: Ensure a comprehensive and seamless integration of the HRSD systems, even if the modules don't usually intersect, to meet the project's goal of process streamlining and efficiency improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on HRSD implementation experience, specifically utilizing the ServiceNow platform.
- Domain Expertise: Strong functional and technical understanding of both HR Service Delivery and Source to Pay (S2P) processes and related ServiceNow modules.
- Agile Proficiency: Proven experience in writing user stories and managing agile delivery workflows.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively and directly with clients and cross-functional teams (including remote delivery teams).
