Clerical Processing Specialist
- Description
Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Clerical Processing Specialist to join their team! This position is located in Chicago, Illinois.
Duties:
- Act as incoming mail processor
- Act as return mail processor
- Provide administrative support for Letter of Credit partners
- Assist with selected additional functions for retail and commercial processing and possibly special handing on a limited basis
- Perform additional low risk activities to free up additional time for full time partners
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Quick learner and extremely detail oriented
- Willingness to be trained and assist the team
- Prior experience in a Loan Operations/Processing or Administrative environment would be preferred
- Past experience with performing administrative duties

The approximate pay range for this position is between $16.00 and $24.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
