      About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Quality Analyst (QA) to support a high-visibility enterprise data warehouse initiative using Data Vault 2.0 on Snowflake, with a specific focus on data integrations with Salesforce CRM. This role is responsible for validating data pipelines, transformations, and historical data structures that ingest, process, and publish CRM data from and into Salesforce.

      Responsibilities:

      • Validate end-to-end ELT pipelines involving Salesforce CRM source and target data
      • Test transformations from Salesforce into Data Vault-modeled Snowflake tables (Hubs, Links, Satellites)
      • Develop and execute data quality test cases for contact data, account hierarchies, activity logs, opportunity pipelines, and other CRM datasets
      • Design and run automated and manual QA checks using dbt, SQL, or custom frameworks
      • Perform root cause analysis on inconsistent or missing CRM data, ensuring lineage and auditability
      • Collaborate with engineering, CRM admins, and business users to validate source-to-target mappings and business rules
      • Document test strategies, scenarios, defects, and QA workflows clearly

      Required Skills and Experience:

      • 5+ years of experience in Data QA, Data Engineering, or Data Testing roles
      • Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
      • Hands-on experience with Data Vault 2.0 modeling (Hubs, Links, Satellites)
      • Familiarity with Salesforce data structures (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads, etc.)
      • Experience validating Salesforce-to-warehouse and warehouse-to-Salesforce data flows
      • Experience with dbt and writing or extending dbt tests
      • Strong understanding of data quality principles: accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, and auditability

      Preferred Skills:

      • Experience with Salesforce APIs, Snowflake external functions, or CDC tools (e.g., Fivetran, HVR, MuleSoft)
      • Experience working with business teams on CRM reporting, pipeline accuracy, and campaign performance metrics
