This is a high-impact role offering immediate exposure to complex Consumer M&A transactions and direct collaboration with senior bankers across the firm.

What You'll Do
- Execute sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions for leading and emerging Consumer companies & Brands.
- Manage key workstreams including due diligence, valuation, modeling, and client deliverables.
- Develop deep sector expertise across Multi-Site Consumer, Pharmacies, Food & Grocery, Consumer Health, Retail, and related areas.
- Support business development initiatives and pitch execution alongside senior team members.
- Interface directly with clients and investors throughout all phases of the transaction process.
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of investment banking experience, ideally with a focus on M&A.
- Strong analytical, valuation, and financial modeling capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage client relationships confidently.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to excel in a lean, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
