What We'Re Looking For
- Associate or Bachelor's degree accredited in nursing school required.
- Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact required.

If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
What You'Ll Do
- Communicates and coordinates the patient's plan of care in the interdisciplinary model.
- Manages and delivers patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Applies critical thinking skills to resolve problems.
- Ensures that patients are admitted, transferred and discharged in a timely manner.
- Documents assessments, delivery of care and patient's response to care in medical records.
- Provides information and facilitates patient/family teaching.
