- Description
Position Summary: A support associate is tasked with maintaining Booker and My Favorite Neighbor standards of organization, tidiness and cleanliness in customer facing operations and back of house operations.
Job Type: Part time
- Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing tasting room phone calls
- Assisting guests in creating and managing reservations
- Managing current and future reservations
- Greeting and seating guests
- Providing water service
- Stocking wine and non-wine inventory
- Communication with servers and bussers
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of facilities
- Clearing tables and resetting tables for service
- Polishing glasses
- Assisting with onsite events as needed
- In-depth knowledge of experiences, club, and current information of BKR and MFN
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be able to work in a team
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must be friendly and approachable
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organization and problem-solving abilities
- Capabilities to be flexible and manage constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Commitment to high standards, detail oriented, coachable and highly motivated
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

The salary range for this role is: $13.56 - $19.51
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
