Job Title: Analyst, Office of the Chairman

Location: Onsite, New York NY

Position Overview

The Analyst, Office of the Chairman will play a critical role in supporting the Chairman and senior leadership team on firm-wide strategic initiatives. This individual will act as a trusted resource for operational execution, project management, and strategic analysis, ensuring priorities are delivered effectively across the organization. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work collaboratively with business leaders across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead and coordinate cross functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment are met. Manage process checklists to ensure timely completion of routine work and identify risks or anomalies early.
• Strategic Support: Conduct market, sector, and competitive research to support investment decisions, client engagements, and internal strategy. Produce analytical memos that distill complex information into clear recommendations and run ad hoc deep dives to answer urgent questions from senior leadership.
• Operational Excellence: Drive operational processes within the Office of the Chairman, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency. Recommend improvements to processes or analyses and ask clarifying questions that strengthen decision making.
• Executive Briefing: Prepare presentations, reports, charts, briefing notes, and summaries for senior leadership and board level discussions. Translate quantitative findings into business implications and concise insights.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across business units to align initiatives with organizational priorities and ensure follow-through. Coordinate cross functionally to resolve issues, maintain progress, and communicate effectively.
• Communication and Team Collaboration: Summarize insights concisely in writing and presentations. Support teammates, share knowledge, and maintain high quality standards while demonstrating professionalism with clients and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
