Position Overview
The Analyst, Office of the Chairman will play a critical role in supporting the Chairman and senior leadership team on firm-wide strategic initiatives. This individual will act as a trusted resource for operational execution, project management, and strategic analysis, ensuring priorities are delivered effectively across the organization. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work collaboratively with business leaders across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate cross functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment are met. Manage process checklists to ensure timely completion of routine work and identify risks or anomalies early.
- Strategic Support: Conduct market, sector, and competitive research to support investment decisions, client engagements, and internal strategy. Produce analytical memos that distill complex information into clear recommendations and run ad hoc deep dives to answer urgent questions from senior leadership.
- Operational Excellence: Drive operational processes within the Office of the Chairman, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency. Recommend improvements to processes or analyses and ask clarifying questions that strengthen decision making.

Qualifications
