This role sits at the center of value-creation-working cross-functionally to design and drive integration, operational improvements, and transformation initiatives across acquired businesses.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute integration and transformation plans post-acquisition
- Translate tech/product team outputs into operational roadmaps
- Partner with investment, tech, and product teams on value-creation initiatives
- Support cross-functional project management across functions and business units
- Drive implementation of AI-enabled and tech-enabled improvements within portfolio companies
Qualifications
- 4-6+ years experience in management consulting or corporate development/strategy
