Description
RN - Outpatient-Competency
- Salary Range: $35 to $42 per hour, based on relevant years of experience
- Location: Loveland, CO
- Status: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse (RN), the applicant will facilitate and implement collaborative treatment planning, including but not limited to monitoring vital signs, medication and treatment administration, laboratory testing, on-going physical and behavioral health assessments, engagement with clients and families alike, coordinating transitions of care, and ensuring compliance with all rules, guidelines, and directives.
Required
- Unencumbered Colorado license as a registered nurse
- Will train a new grad with strong interest in Behavioral Health and withdrawal management
Licenses and Certifications
- Colorado or Compact licensed nurse in good standing in state of licensure required
- Registered Nurse License required
- Valid Colorado driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record required
- DORA license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire required
- Basic Life Support Certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
