Job Summary
The Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling components and products according to established specifications, quality standards, and production schedules. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, or automated equipment
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly drawings accurately
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
- Identify, report, and correct assembly or material defects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications
