About the Role: Job Title: Program Manager (Analog Silicon Chip)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Interface with analog silicon team on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.
• Drive program/project schedules and status reports. Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented
• Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information.
• Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Provide program/project schedules and status reports. This position will mainly focus on Analog silicon modules development projects. Understanding of analog silicon functionality and terminologies is very important.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

• 5- 8 Years of work experience with Program Management in Silicon environments
• 4-5 years Understanding of Silicon Engineering
• 8 Verbal and Written communication skills and MS Office Skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Sharepoint)

Location : Redmond, WA (onsite)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $190,000- $220,000 Annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
