      Key Responsibilities:

      • Lead quality activities across the product lifecycle, including issue management (CAPA), validation, and CTQ monitoring.
      • Manage MRB material disposition and lead 8D/root cause analysis teams.
      • Develop and execute First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
      • Own Acceptable Quality Limits (AQL) sampling plans for incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
      • Support Receiving Inspection with measurement systems analysis, Gage R&R, and statistical analysis.
      • Drive risk mitigation during STOP-SHIP, OK2SHIP, and LINE DOWN events.
      • Lead Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and NUDD (New, Unique, Different, Difficult) risk assessments.
      • Manage Early Field Failure Analysis (EFFA) during product launches.
      • Conduct process validations and analyze data using statistical tools.
      • Foster a quality-driven culture across internal and external stakeholders.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Quality, or related field).
      • 5+ years of quality or plant operations experience with measurable improvement results.
      • Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent preferred.
      • Familiarity with IPC-610 standards; auditing experience is a plus.
      • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Minitab/JMP, or other statistical software.
      • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
