Akkodis is seeking a Medical Device Supply Chain Project Coordinator for a 12-month contract job with a client in Bloomington, IN. This is a hybrid position.

Rate Range: $50.00/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Medical Device Supply Chain Project Coordinator job responsibilities include:

• Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and communications across multiple equipment vendors, validation service providers, and stakeholder departments.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly schedules. Tracks ongoing progress, prioritize, identifies risks, and communicates clear status updates for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Load and track data.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Automation teams to ensure activities are aligned, dependencies are managed, and timelines are maintained
• Follow up with suppliers on long-open requests and missing registrations/ documents.
• Attends project update meetings as needed

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or business administration.
• Three plus years of experience in project coordination.
• MS Office proficiency required. MS Project or Planview experience preferred.
• Ability to work on-site and operate independently.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Prior support of medical device supply chain preferred.
