Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Camera Operator (Field Service Technician) to join our field operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining camera systems at client sites, ensuring high-quality video capture and reliable performance. You will also be the technical point of contact during field deployments, troubleshooting issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and operate camera systems and related equipment
- Perform field service visits to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and system upgrades
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure project requirements are met
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards on-site
Requirements:
- Technical background in electronics, AV systems, or a related field
- Experience with camera operation and troubleshooting preferred
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple assignments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
