Graduate Admissions Coordinator

Position: Admissions Assistant/ Graduate Admissions Coordinator
Location: Hybrid: 3 days onsite: 630 Childs Way, JKP, Los Angeles, CA 90089 & 2 days remote
Duration: 04+ months contract with a possibility of extension
Shift timing: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Pay Rate: $25/hr on W2
Hybrid - 2 days remote (First month the Dept will request the contingent come in 5 days per week for training purposes. Hybrid schedule can start when progress is reviewed and the Dept feels the contingent can perform the role remotely for 2 days per week)
Job Responsibilities:
- Review MBA and Masters applications.
- Respond to student inquiries.
- Minimum experience:
- Salesforce or other CRM experience would be helpful but not required.
- Admissions experience is preferred.
