Help at Home Named to Forbes' 2025 List of America's Best Employers in Indiana, Pennsylvania and Mississippi
Recognition underscores company's 50-year legacy of its culture of caring
CHICAGO, Oct. 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Help at Home, the leading national provider of high-quality, relationship-based home care, today announced it has been named to Forbes' 2025 list of America's Best Employers by State in Indiana, Pennsylvania and Mississippi. The company earned recognition in the state of Indiana for the second consecutive year.
As the largest Home and Community-based (HCBS) personal care provider in both Indiana and Pennsylvania, Help at Home's placement on the Forbes list highlights its ongoing commitment to building workplaces where employees feel valued, supported and empowered.
Forbes partners with market research firm Statista to develop the annual ranking, based on a survey of more than 160,000 U.S. employees across companies with 500+ employees. Participants rate their employers on a scale of zero to 10, with the top-scoring organizations in each state earning a place on the list. According to Forbes, surveys asked participants to evaluate their workplace based on criteria including work culture, paths to professional advancements, etc.
"This recognition in Indiana in particular, reflects the strength of our culture of caring," said SVP of Indiana Jenna Urban. "Our goal for five decades in our purpose-driven organization is to make it easy for teams to provide the best support to our caregivers."
"Earning a place among Pennsylvania's best employers demonstrates the impact of our caregiver-first approach," said SVP of Pennsylvania Joshua Drebes. "We empower teams and caregivers with the tools they need to succeed — leading to longer tenures and higher retention."
"Recognition as one of Mississippi's best employers is a reflection of the company's hyper-local focus and commitment to our local communities," said Mississippi Market Leader Joel Smith. "When caregivers are supported with training, education and meaningful recognition, they deliver their best work."
Help at Home credits this Forbes recognition to the dedication of its teams and caregivers. The recognition follows multiple employer workplace honors for Help at Home, including Newsweek's America's Greatest Workplaces 2025, Greatest Workplaces for Parents and Families, Greatest Workplaces for Mental Wellbeing, Greatest Workplaces for Black Americans, Greatest Workplaces for Diversity and Greatest Workplaces for Women.
