Help at Home Acquires Home Care Now of Central Florida
Transaction Reinforces Company's Commitment to Growth Across the State
CHICAGO, May 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Help at Home, the nation's leading provider of innovative, relationship-driven, in-home personal care, today announced the acquisition of Home Care Now of Central Florida, expanding into Seminole County and strengthening the company's statewide presence.
The latest Florida transaction follows the company's recent acquisition of Caregiver Services Inc. (CSI) and solidifies Help at Home's ability to provide home care services across every county throughout the state. It reinforces the company's commitment to Florida's population of more than 5 million vulnerable individuals who rely on home care services to live their best lives, safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes as they age in place.
"We welcome Home Care Now of Central Florida teams, caregivers, payers and partners to Help at Home," said Florida's Regional Leader Glen Golemi. "We currently service 1.5 million hours of care annually to Floridians. We're looking forward to the ability to provide home care services for more vulnerable populations throughout the state."
With 50 years of personal care services experience and proven value-based program solutions, Help at Home is well-positioned as a provider of choice to provide improved quality care and cost outcomes for seniors, disabled and dual-eligible populations under Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) programs. The company is focused on ensuring a smooth transition for caregivers, as well as for clients so that they can continue to receive quality care while experiencing Great Days and Meaningful Moments in their homes, the preferred setting of care.
The Home Care Now of Central Florida brand will eventually transition to the Help at Home brand. Home Care Now will continue operating its Tampa and Clearwater locations.
