Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in applied behavior analysis to assess, develop, and oversee individualized treatment plans for clients, collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to promote meaningful outcomes. Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

- Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members, including modeling techniques, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.

Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Applied Behavior Analysis.
