- Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Rivian, Tesla, and other electric vehicle brands.
- Execute advanced calibrations for ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), sensors, cameras, and other electronic systems.
- Collaborate with the body shop team to ensure seamless repair processes and timely vehicle delivery.
- Conduct post-repair inspections to verify the quality of repairs and calibrations.
- Stay updated on the latest manufacturer training, certifications, and repair procedures for EVs.
- Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines, especially those specific to EV repair and high-voltage systems.
- Use specialized tools, equipment, and software to perform accurate diagnostics and calibrations.
- Qualifications:
- Certification in EV repair or a strong understanding of electric vehicle systems (Tesla or Rivian experience preferred).
- Proficient in ADAS calibration tools and processes (e.g., Hunter, Bosch, Autel systems).
- ASE certification required
- Minimum of [3] years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with electric vehicles.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to complete ongoing training and manufacturer certifications.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy.

Physical & Environmental
