Description
Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with the Houston office of an AmLaw 100 firm in their search for a Temporary Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in Texas, located in Houston and meet the following requirements:
- At least five years of experience litigating personal injury and/or insurance defense cases in both state and federal court.
- Experience managing all phases of litigation, including propounding and responding to discovery and performing legal research.
- Excellent research and writing skills are required.
- A competitive salary hourly rate is offered.
- Position offers remote work and will require the ability to travel on an as needed basis.
