Anticipated Schedule This is a full-time position

- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Compensation
- Starting at $22-34/hr, commensurate with experience
Requirements
What You'Ll Do
As a member of the Internal Medicine team, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering advanced specialty care and supporting diagnostic procedures. In this role, you will:
- Assist with ultrasounds, endoscopies, and other imaging procedures
- Provide technical support for internal medicine diagnostics and treatments
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients regarding their pet's care
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care
- Manage appointment coordination, patient flow, and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate medical records and assist with timely referral documentation
- Cross-train and support the Cardiology department as needed
Who We'Re Looking For
- Licensed or credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT/LVT/RVT), or an experienced Veterinary Assistant
- Prior experience or interest in Internal Medicine or specialty care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ultrasound and endoscopy procedures is a plus
- Comfortable using veterinary software systems
- A compassionate, proactive, and collaborative approach to veterinary care
