Bridging the Omnichannel Skills Gap

A few years ago, during a discussion with our partner Ahold Delhaize, a multinational retail company, we realized there weren't any existing programs that truly supported omnichannel leadership. The industry needed something different, something more dynamic, more collaborative, and more directly applicable to the real-world challenges companies face today.

Cornell, Ahold Delhaize, Kellanova, and other global industry-leading organizations collaborated to create a solution. Our goal was clear: Create a high-impact learning experience that merges academic excellence with real-world expertise, giving senior leaders the tools to drive business results.
