As a Securities Litigation Attorney / White Collar Defense Associate, you will:

• Represent clients in securities litigation defense and complex civil disputes
• Defend public companies, executives, and financial institutions in high-stakes matters
• Support and lead white collar investigations and government enforcement proceedings
• Prepare motions, briefs, discovery, and dispositive filings
• Participate in witness preparation, depositions, and hearings
• Assist with internal investigations and regulatory inquiries
• Handle appellate strategy and briefing where applicable
• Coordinate multi-jurisdictional and global representations
• Engage in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings
• Work directly with partners and clients on case development and litigation strategy

You'll build a well-rounded foundation across investigations, courtroom advocacy, and regulatory defense-key skills for a career as a Securities Litigation Attorney.

Qualifications: Required

• 3-5 years of experience as a Securities Litigation Attorney, White Collar Defense Attorney, or complex commercial litigator
• Admission to practice in New York (NY Bar required)

• Strong academic credentials

Preferred
