Redbook is revolutionizing feedyard management with cutting-edge software that streamlines operations, improves decision-making, and drives profitability. We partner directly with feedyards to modernize their workflows, simplify daily tasks, and help them run more efficiently.
We're growing fast and looking for a Customer Success Associate who's passionate about helping customers succeed, solving complex problems, and ensuring every feedyard sees immediate value from Redbook.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact for new and existing customers after the sale. You'll guide them through onboarding, training, and ongoing support, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to use Redbook effectively.
This role blends technical aptitude, clear communication, and a service-oriented mindset. You'll spend your time helping customers get set up, troubleshooting issues, leading trainings, and ensuring long-term success and retention. A background in agriculture or feedyards is helpful, but not required.
What You'll Do Onboarding & Training
- Lead new customer onboarding from kickoff to go-live, including data transfer and technical setup.
- Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for feedyard teams.
- Develop training materials such as how-to guides, videos, and checklists to streamline onboarding.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition from deal close to go-live.
Customer Support & Success
- Provide responsive troubleshooting and early-morning technical support when customers need it most.
- Proactively check in with customers to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and continued engagement.
- Maintain detailed records of customer requests, feedback, and support tickets in our CRM or help-desk system.
- Communicate product updates, feature releases, and best practices to customers.
Account Management & Retention
- Build trusted relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term success and renewal.
- Identify opportunities for customer training, upselling, and optimization.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering to drive improvements.
- Help define and evolve Redbook's customer success playbooks and systems as we scale.
