Description
Installs, repairs, sells & provides training for Motoman Robotic Welding systems & Automated Cutting equipment by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides application, implementation, and programming assistance to all MATHESON retail locations and customers regarding major welding and cutting processes via telephone, on-line networks, mail, and personal assistance.
- Assists in presenting, demonstrating and training of robotic welding and cutting equipment for MATHESON salesmen and customers.
- Prepares conceptual and schematic drawings. Creates and builds prototype part fixtures.
- Creates and builds electrical and electronic circuits for various applications
- Installs, assembles, disassembles and moves automation equipment at MATHESON facilities and at customer locations.
- Prepares automation equipment for demonstrations, performs weld samples, time studies and reach analysis for automation applications requested by salesmen and customers.
Essential duties and responsibilities: .
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Associate's degree in Automated Manufacturing Technology, AAS Electromechanical or AAS Electronic degree or related field from two-year college or technical school; or
- Four to six years related experience and/or training; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
