What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage capital and operational projects from concept through execution across aggregates operations.
- Collaborate with and/or lead cross-functional teams to ensure engineering solutions align with operational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, sustainability, and efficiency through innovative project design.
- Oversee contractor performance, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support strategic planning and technical evaluations for future site development and upgrades.
What Are We Looking For
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Mining Engineering preferred but will consider other disciplines.
- At least 5 years' experience in engineering/construction, preferably in the Aggregate or Mining industries.
- Proven ability to lead complex engineering projects in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated capability in managing budgets, schedules, and contractor relationships.
- Proficiency in engineering principles, project management tools, and safety standards.
Work EnvironmentThis role involves a mix of office-based planning and field-based execution across multiple aggregates sites. Travel and occasional living out is required to support project implementation and stakeholder engagement.
