Role:

• Architect and support scalable AI clusters with a focus on low-latency, high-throughput networking and compute efficiency
• Collaborate with customers to design, deploy, and optimize AI infrastructure tailored to their specific workloads and performance goals
• Integrate and optimize RDMA-based communication paths between nodes and within clusters to support high-bandwidth, low-latency data transfer
• Work closely with internal engineering, product, and sales teams to align customer needs with technical capabilities

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a solutions architect, systems engineer, or software engineer, preferably in data center or AI environments
• Master’s degree or Ph. D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field
• Strong knowledge of RDMA technologies and hands-on experience with deploying RDMA-enabled solutions
• Proven experience designing and supporting large-scale clusters for compute-intensive workloads
