Lead Product Manager TWE43243
Description
We're on a mission to reinvent the home care industry with cutting-edge agentic AI. Our platform is reshaping how agencies support caregivers and older adults - and we're hiring visionary Lead Product Managers to shape the future.
The Opportunity - Lead Product Manager
As a Lead Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping next-generation AI-driven solutions for home care. This is a high-impact position at a fast-scaling, global startup, where your work will directly improve the lives of older adults and empower the agencies that care for them.
You'll report directly to the VP of Product and own an end-to-end product line - from vision and strategy to roadmap, launch, and post-market optimization. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role where you'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and business leaders to drive meaningful results.
What You'll Do
- Own an entire product line - set the vision, define strategy, and deliver outcomes tied to adoption, retention, and revenue.
- Lead the full product development lifecycle, from concept and feature planning to launch and continuous iteration.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market deep-dives to inform decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Define and prioritize features and releases based on customer needs and business impact.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-centered experiences for both caregivers and agency staff.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to deliver measurable impact.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and use data-driven insights to refine and scale.
- Help shape product team culture as we continue to grow at a rapid pace.
What We're Looking For
- SaaS Product Management Expert: 8+ years managing B2B software products (ideally SMB); 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role. Strong record of delivering web and mobile applications from ideation through scale. Experience with AI-powered products a plus.
- User-Centric Innovator: Deep empathy for users and proven ability to create impactful, user-driven solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Collaborative Leader: Comfortable navigating complex, cross-functional environments. Strong communication and storytelling skills to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinker: Able to translate complex data and insights into actionable product strategy.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong attention to detail and bias for action.
- Bachelor's degree (technical or scientific background a plus).
Why Join
- Shape products that directly improve care for seniors and empower caregivers.
- Build on the frontier of AI and agentic technology - not just incremental features.
- Join a high-growth, global team with big vision, strong backing, and collaborative culture.
- Work in a flexible hybrid setup with opportunities for real in-person collaboration.
- Be part of an inclusive, mission-driven environment where diversity drives innovation.
Location: Austin, TX (3 days a week onsite) or San Francisco (1 day a month onsite, and willing to travel to Austin once a month). Also open to candidates willing to relocate to Austin.
We're hiring now for two Lead Product Managers - apply today to help redefine how home care works in the AI era.
