A large financial institution is hiring for an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst. This growing regional bank is building out a competitive risk program as they achieve exponential growth. This role is focused on enhancing the bank's risk governance, policy framework, and reporting structure.

This role is hybrid, requiring 4 days on site in the Charlotte, NC office. No sponsorship opportunities are available at this time.

Responsibilities:

• Update governance framework writing and regulatory reporting
• Own the risk appetite statement and risk framework
• Provide policy management and insight around proper writing and mapping
• Manage materials and agenda, including board reporting decks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Risk management experience in a large banking environment.
