As an Corporate Paralegal at Uline, you'll play a key role in supporting our in-house legal team on essential business matters. Use your legal skills to make an impact in our growing North American company!

Position Responsibilities:

• Review a variety of intellectual property matters, including marketing materials, copyright / trademark infringement and patent research.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support our legal team.
• Assist in litigation and regulatory matters, including fact investigation and document management.
• Handle responses to subpoenas and other document requests.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree. Paralegal certificate preferred.
• 2+ years as a paralegal with intellectual property experience a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
