LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Executive Assistant to join their team. This is a high-impact role supporting multiple senior executives, including C-suite leaders.

- Offering a hybrid work schedule, so you have collaborative days in the office but with the flexibility to work remotely a couple of days a week.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate high-level meetings and travel arrangements.
- Curate and design compelling PowerPoint presentations and executive decks.
- Oversee office logistics including supply management, event coordination, and vendor relations.
- Handle expense reporting and budget tracking using tools like Concur.
- Process invoices and maintain financial documentation with precision.
- Serve as a liaison across departments and external partners, ensuring seamless communication.
- Support special projects and executive initiatives with discretion and professionalism.
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with expense and travel management platforms (Concur).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work with diverse personalities.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
Compensation Range: $75,000-$90,000
