Administrative Customer Service Representative Jobs in Chicago, IL

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join their team. You will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products across the supply chain. You’ll collaborate with vendors and transportation partners, manage inventory databases, and generate actionable insights through advanced Excel reporting.

• Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Maintain and update inventory and shipping databases for accurate cross-platform reporting.
• Create and manage reports to support leadership in making quick, informed decisions.
• Analyze product usage trends to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Handle high volumes of communication and provide cross-functional support as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably within the consumer products industry.
• Solid to advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Compensation Range: $60,000-$70,000
